The class was very helpful, gave me more movement on my shoulder.

Megan treated me from day 1 and gradually increased movement and exercise each week. She pushed me to improve my range and strength. My shoulder and general fitness has improved and it is not impacting my life in any way now. Thank you. Highly Recommended.
